Dahl during the 2008 BANEA in Liverpool the structure of the text suggests that the delivering agent or city is not Nagar. The first amount of grain is said to be for or in Nagar, the second for or in Sippar, the entry in question (szu [x]-ki) therefore most likely refered to a third location.
